Sitting Tenants
Once a price has been agreed for your sitting tenant and solicitors have been instructed matters will move very quickly. We do not rely on any financial institution for funding and if necessary can exchange contracts within a couple of days. We can complete the transaction within 7 days if necessary. Alternatively we can exchange contracts and delay the completion if necessary.
We will not require a survey of your building. We
will not need to carry out an internal inspection
minimising any inconvenience caused to your sitting
tenant. It will not be necessary for us to meet your
Sitting Tenant.
Please note that we only purchase property
with Sitting Tenants and assured tenancies. We are
not active in the buy to let market and therefore do
not purchase property with assured shorthold tenants
